Shipping Area:
We currently ship to addresses within Quebec, Canada.

Order Processing:
All orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Costs:

  • Free shipping is available on all orders of $150 or more before taxes.

  • For orders under $150, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location.

Delivery Time:
We use reliable carriers to ensure your seafood arrives fresh and on time. Typical delivery times are:

  • Within Quebec: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Packaging:
All seafood is packed in insulated boxes with gel packs to maintain optimal freshness during transit.

Important Notes:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct and accessible.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

  • Perishable items cannot be returned, but if your order arrives damaged or spoiled, please contact us immediately, and we will resolve the issue.
